During the course Human Resources Inspector – REVISAL you will learn:

– what are the attributions of the human resources inspector and his role in the human resources department;
– who can be hired and who can be hired;
– what is an employment contract, the period of the indefinite and determined employment contract, with full time and part time work;
– evidence and management of personnel files;
– what are the rights and obligations of employees and employers;
– the terms for submitting the documents and for transmitting them;
– we will complete an individual employment contract for different situations;
– we will draw up and calculate the salary statement;
– REVISAL preparation (we will actually work on the computer in the REVISAL software);
– the terms for drawing up the documents and keeping them in the company’s archive;
